Praxis Investment ManagementTM, a company of Everence® and a leading faith-based investment manager, filed an initial registration statement with the SEC for an exchange-traded fund (ETF) focused on developed-international equities outside North America. The Praxis Impact International ETF (PRXI) is expected to launch in mid-2026, pending regulatory review, and will be listed on the NYSE.
The Praxis Impact International ETF is expected to deploy similar quantitative equity strategies to those used in the Praxis International Index Fund (MPLIX), though the ETF will exclude emerging markets, which are part of the mutual fund’s investment universe.
“We look forward to launching our third ETF as we work to meet the practical investment needs of faith-based investors seeking to align their portfolios with their values and help promote positive real-world impact,” said Praxis President Chad Horning, CFA. “Faith-based investors want values-centered investment options, and we are glad to be a part of the growing faith-based ETF marketplace.”
“As with our other funds, we plan to apply values and risk screening along with sustainability risk integration to help align investment selection with our stewardship investing core values,” said Benjamin Bailey, CFA, Vice President of Investments. “Our approach also emphasizes using optimization techniques as we seek to approximate the returns of a benchmark index.”
